The UCUBETM can generate a homogeneous illumination profile (less than 10% of variations). This product provides a reliable and efficient UV LED flux for repeatable processes.
The UCUBETM is available at several wavelengths :
365, 385, 395 or 405 nm.
Two versions are available, with different max powers to meet the requirements of applications:
- 250 mW/cm²
- 1000 mW/cm²
A beam collimator can be added to the UCUBETM in order to keep at least 75% of the irradiance at 10 cm. UWAVE engages its know-how to allow you to benefit from a powerful and homogeneous UV flux.

The UCUBETM is used for the UV-curing of glues, varnishes or for insulations of large surfaces. It can be used on automated or semi-automated processes.

With its integrated optical system the UCUBETM is able to operate at very high working distances (several dozens of centimeters) while maintaining a high UV power. The reduction in the angle of emission allows the UCUBETM to be used for masking and photo-lithography applications.
This product has been designed to cover very large surfaces and is efficient regardless of the type of UV coating. To extend this property, you can assemble several UCUBETM to increase the illuminated surface.
